John Doe

Known simply as "Rossi", Gary Ross began his soccer career in England. After moving to the U.S., Rossi became an All-American and record-setting athlete at Lock Haven University. He has played professionally for the Harrisburg Heat, Baltimore Spirit, Philadelphia KiXX, and Delaware Wizards. An Ambassador of the game, Rossi is an NSCAA Master Coach and holds the USSF "A" Coaching License.

Todd is currently the GK/asst. coach with the New York Red Bulls (MLS). He is a former 8-year pro player with Charleston Battery, Cleveland Crunch, Philadelphia KiXX, Harrisburg Heat and the Albany Alleycats. Todd has a vast amount of collegiate coaching experience as assistant Coach at Temple University, St. Bonaventure University, College of Charleston, UPenn and Elizabethtown College. He is also a former US Soccer Region I ODP and PA ODP Staff Member. Todd is the National Director of ONE on ONE Soccer™.

Sandy is the director of the "Stick Skills" Field Hockey program at LFH. She was the head field hockey coach at ELCO High School for eight years. Sandy also served as Manheim Middle School's head coach. She is now an elementary principal in the Camp Hill School District. Sandy played at Lebanon Valley College, where she won the honor of being inducted into the LVC Hall of Fame and was a two time All-American in field hockey.

Shauna has worked with the "Stick Skills" field hockey program for over 3 years. In 2004, she was a 1st team L-L League All-Star and was the league's highest scorer. At Lebanon Valley College, she was part of the 2004 ECAC championship team as well as the 2006 MAC championship team. Shauna was a two-year starter and helped her team to two Final Four appearances and a 19-0 regular season. In 2007, Shauna was the team's highest scorer with 18 goals and earned a 2nd team All-American Commonwealth Conference Award.

Head Field Hockey Coach at Warwick High School and Director/Head Coach of the Simply Field Hockey Club. Coach Derr has won multiple state titles at Warwick and has helped countless girls earn field hockey scholarships at the collegiate level. Coach Derr is one of the best Field Hockey instructors in PA.

Mark is the Manheim Township High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse head coach and head coach of the X-treme Lacrosse Club. He is the director of the Central PA Club program, where he coaches and develops elite lacrosse teams for girls in grades 6 through 11. Mark played at West Chester Henderson High School and Gettysburg College.

Kyle was drafted 19th overall as a midfielder for the Chesapeake Bayhawks. He was a 2 time All American, 2010 Preseason First Team All American, 2 Time First Team All American East and team captain. Currently, Kyle is the head coach for Manheim Township HS Boys Lacrosse team.

Glenn Gallagher is the director of the Gallagher School of Baseball. He played professionally in the MLB with the Toronto Blue Jays. Glenn is one of the premier baseball instructors in Central PA. Both of his sons have been selected in the MLB draft; Austin was taken in the 3rd round by the LA Dodgers and Cameron in the 2nd round by the KC Royals.

Kyle is the Director of the Future Stars Baseball Academy and has helped hundreds of local youth players learn and develop proper baseball fundamentals. Kyle, a graduate of Messiah College and four-year starter for the Falcon baseball team, has directed camps and clinics across eastern PA for over ten years.

In his time at Messiah, Kyle helped lead the Falcons to their first title in school history. After being named Pitcher of the Year in his senior season, Kyle left the school ranked among the all-time leaders in wins, strikeouts and ERA.

Dave is the director of the Performance and Training Institute and a certified strength and conditioning coach. He holds a MS in Exercise Physiology and helps athletes of all ages improve their athletic ability and reach their individual goals.

Chris is a certified ACE personal trainer and is also BOSU complete certified and INDOROW certified. He holds a bachelors degree in fitness from Houghton College. "I have a passion for sports and helping athletes achieve their goals by improving their overall fitness level," Chris says. "To me, training isn't just developing a plan. It's personally coaching and motivating the athlete."

Jen is AFFA certified and is also ISCA certified. She is also certified in Mad Dogg Athletics (spinning) and Indo-Row. Jen says her "Goal as a trainer and coach is to make each individual feel motivated and great about themselves on a continual basis."

Amber is a certified Health Fitness Specialist (HFS) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and is a 2010 graduate of Messiah College with a B.A. in Health & Exercise Science. She competed in the NCAA Division III Field Hockey Final Four tournament three consecutive years at Messiah and graduated as a Regional All-American forward and DIII All-Tournament Team player. Amber loves competition, coaching passionate athletes, and helping the community of all ages make health and wellness a lifestyle rather than a short-lived resolution.
