Camps and Clinics

LANCO Fieldhouse camps and clinics require full payment in order to register for a program. No refunds will be given after registration except for the following reasons:

• Medical Issue (must present doctor's note for refund to be processed)
• Low Enrollment: If the program is cancelled by LANCO Fieldhouse you will be given a full refund or the opportunity to move to a different program

Leagues and Tournaments

LANCO Fieldhouse leagues and tournaments require a non-refunable deposit in order to secure a spot in the particular league or tournament. Your team is not considered registered without a deposit. Deposit amounts are listed online and can be viewed using the MySAM registration system. The league/tournament balance is due before the first game.

Rentals

LANCO Fieldhouse rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to reserve a field. The rental will not be confirmed until we receive payment. The balance for the rental is due on the date of the rental before the rental starts.

Birthday Parties

LANCO Fieldhouse birthday parties require full payment in order to reserve a date. The party will not be confirmed until we receive full payment.
