Working in teams, partners and as one crew, Indo-Row® provides a TRANSFORMATIVE total-body workout that challenges the body and focuses the mind.

Chizzled

The Chizzled class is strictly toning and strengthening every body part. This workout will help give you a lean chiseled physique

H.I.T (High Intensity Training)

H.I.T class is working your body at its maximum capacity through the entire workout

Row, Ride & Race

This is 20 minutes of rowing on the Water Rowers, 20 minutes riding on the spinning bikes and a 20 minute mini circuit that you'll race against the clock!

Pure Cardio

You will start with a warm-up and then do some low impact cardio exercises followed by a circuit of pure cardio stations.

Cardio Kickboxing

Put your gloves on (gloves provided) and get ready to punch, kick, and sweat. You will use a punching bag to do different boxing exercises along with cardio exercises to keep your heart rate up. Move over Rocky!

Spin House

Prepare to climb, sprint, jump, and a few other things that you didn't know you could do on a stationary bike.

Super Bands

Challenge your body to increase strength, stamina with super bands. Get ready to get big results, burn a little rubber and a LOT of fat.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp will improve your fitness level with interval training. There will be cardio, plyo-metrics, body-sculpting and exercise stations to increase muscular strength, endurance and tone. Free weights, bands, stability balls, steps and lots of fun will be used in this class.

Butts N Guts

This class will help you with those six pack abs and nice firm butt!

Ripped-Tide

Ripped-Tide is a circuit class of stations that work on legs, arms, strength & cardio. This full body workout burns a lot of calories!

Strong

Strong combines cardio along with a strength training circuit to give you a full body workout. You will leave feeling Strong.

Super Soul

Meditation, Relaxation and Stretching.
