
Strength & Conditioning Group Class: (13-17 yrs old) This 8 week program meets
2 times per week and focus on increasing athletes speed, agility,
quickness, & strength. Athletes
spend half of their time on our turf training fields working on speed &
agility and spend the second half in our state-of-the-art weight room
developing upper/lower body strength and core strength. Start Date: March
17 – May 7 (Runs for 8 weeks) Age Group: Boys
/ Girls ages 13-17 Day/Time: Mondays

This 4 week clinic will
work with athletes to help improve their speed and agility by working on
proper running mechanics and developing lower body strength. Athletes will work on foot quickness,
endurance, agility, and speed. A
great off-season clinic to help athletes stay in shape and increase their
speed & coordination. Start Date: March
20 – April 10 (Runs for 4 weeks) Age Group: 10-15
